Thank you, Kate!

Kate, a talented photographer and owner of Little Light Photo came in with her mom to have a mother-daughter day. They both designed a "Chelsea" bag and a wristlet to match. I came across this picture from her blog (www.littlelightphoto.wordpress.com) when I was checking out her work and thinking about having her do some family photos. I love this picture!!! Open House- October 5

We are hosting an open house Friday, October 5. This is also first Friday, so there will be lots of traffic on the avenue. Welcome to the New Store Blog!

Because keeping up with the store, making bags, designing new lines, and ordering... things can get pretty hectic around here. Unfortunately, the website that we have often gets neglected and never updated. We thought the blog would be a great way to help our customers and our artists keep up with whats going on in our shop. So of course, I am sure you are asking, why can't you update your website but you can write a blog? Quite simply, we can do the blog from anywhere and don't need the software like you do for a website. :o) It's also much, much easier too!

Check out these fabulous soaps arriving at the store within the next week or two. Soaps from Brooklyn Street Soap Company out of Portland, Oregon. All soaps are vegan EXCEPT the pomegranate fig (which contains goat's milk). All cube bars are hand cut, and are (or extremely close to) 4 oz. Comes in 8 different varieties.
